Every project runs through five clear stages

Whether we are building software, supporting your IT, or managing your books, every engagement at Endpoint Logic follows the same structured process. Requirements are agreed in writing before work starts, and every project closes with a formal handover.

01

Requirements

Before any work starts, we sit down with you to understand what you need and why. We capture the scope, goals, constraints, and acceptance criteria in writing. Both parties sign off on this document, so there are no ambiguities about what is being built or delivered.

  • Stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions
  • Written scope document with acceptance criteria
  • Project timeline and milestones agreed
  • Roles, responsibilities, and communication channels set
02

Build

Work is delivered in reviewable stages, not as a single large release. You can see progress, give feedback, and make adjustments before later stages begin. This applies to software development, managed service setup, accounting system configuration, and any other deliverable.

  • Work broken into reviewable milestones
  • Regular progress updates — no chasing required
  • Changes to scope handled through documented change requests
03

Quality Assurance

Before anything reaches you for review, our team tests it against the agreed requirements. Bugs and gaps found internally are fixed before you see the deliverable, keeping your review focused on whether it meets your needs — not on catching technical errors.

  • Tested against the written requirements from stage one
  • Issues resolved before client review
  • QA checklist shared with deliverable
04

User Acceptance Testing

Your team tests the deliverable in a real or representative environment. This is where you confirm that what we have built works for your users and your workflows — not just that it passes our tests. Feedback from UAT is resolved before the project closes.

  • Access provided to test environment or staging system
  • Structured feedback collection and issue tracking
  • All UAT issues resolved or formally deferred before sign-off
05

Handover

Every engagement closes with a formal handover. Credentials, documentation, and access are transferred to you. A sign-off document is signed by both parties confirming the agreed scope was delivered. For managed services and ongoing support contracts, handover marks the start of the live service rather than the end of the engagement.

  • Formal sign-off document signed by both parties
  • All access credentials and documentation transferred
  • Post-handover support period as agreed
  • Ongoing managed service or support contract begins if applicable
