Cloud Computing Services in Kenya

Endpoint Logic helps businesses in Kenya plan, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. We handle assessment, migration, security configuration, and ongoing management — so your team gets the benefits of the cloud without managing the complexity.

What's included

  • Cloud assessment Review of your current infrastructure, workloads, and costs. Recommendation on which cloud platform and migration approach fits your needs.
  • Migration planning A staged migration plan that minimises downtime and risk, with rollback options documented before work begins.
  • Infrastructure implementation VMs, containers, databases, storage, networking, and IAM configured to the agreed architecture.
  • Security configuration Firewall rules, identity policies, encryption at rest and in transit, and access controls configured from day one.
  • Monitoring and alerting Cloud-native and third-party monitoring set up so faults and cost anomalies are detected early.
  • Ongoing cloud management Patch management, cost optimisation, scaling adjustments, and quarterly architecture reviews.

How engagement works

#StepTypical timing
01 AssessmentAudit of existing workloads, spend, and requirements. Migration strategy recommended. 3–5 days
02 Architecture and planningTarget architecture designed and reviewed. Migration plan and timeline agreed in writing. 1–2 weeks
03 ImplementationInfrastructure built and tested in stages. Workloads migrated with parallel-run periods where appropriate. Depends on scope
04 Handover and managementDocumentation, access, and monitoring handed over. Ongoing management available under a support contract. 1 week

Frequently asked questions

Which cloud provider do you work with?

We work with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. We recommend the right provider based on your workloads, existing tooling, and budget — we are not tied to any one vendor.

Should we rehost, replatform, or rebuild?

It depends on the workload. Lift-and-shift (rehost) is fastest and lowest risk. Replatforming to managed services saves operational overhead. Rebuilding is only recommended when the application itself is the constraint. We advise the right approach after assessing your systems.

What about data residency?

Most major cloud providers have data centres in South Africa, which is the closest region with availability zone redundancy for East African customers. We configure data residency to your requirements, including keeping data within Kenya where the architecture allows.

How do you handle cloud costs?

We set up billing alerts and budget limits before migration, right-size instances from the start, and include a cost review in quarterly management reports.

Can you manage our existing cloud environment?

Yes. We can take over management of an existing AWS, Azure, or GCP environment. We begin with an audit and document what we find before making any changes.
