Frequently asked questions

What does IT support from Endpoint Logic include?

Endpoint Logic IT support covers help desk, systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management. The exact scope is agreed in writing before support starts — we do not sell a fixed package and call it done.

Do you offer 24/7 IT support?

We offer business-hours support as standard (Mon–Fri, 8 am–6 pm EAT). Out-of-hours and weekend cover can be arranged for critical systems — contact us to discuss requirements.

Can you support us remotely?

Yes. Most issues are resolved remotely. On-site visits in Nairobi and Kiambu County are included where remote resolution is not possible. Coverage further afield can be agreed.

How long does onboarding take?

Typically one to two weeks from signed agreement to full live support, depending on the complexity of your environment and the number of users.

Who do you provide IT support for?

Endpoint Logic supports SMEs, enterprises, NGOs, startups, and public-sector organisations in Kenya. We work with teams of five users and organisations with hundreds of devices.
