Project Management Outsourcing in Kenya

Endpoint Logic provides experienced project managers who plan, coordinate, and deliver technology and operational projects on your behalf. We manage stakeholders, track risks, and keep delivery on schedule — so your internal team focuses on doing the work, not managing it.

Frequently asked questions

What methodologies do you use?

We use a structured iterative approach suited to technology projects in East Africa — agile principles where appropriate, with a waterfall-style fixed scope and budget when that is what the client needs. We adapt to your organisation and project type.

Can you manage a project that has already started?

Yes. We can step into a running project, assess the current state, and take over coordination. We will be honest about what we find and what it will take to get it back on track.

Will the PM work on-site?

Our PMs work remotely by default, with on-site presence in Nairobi and Kiambu arranged where stakeholder dynamics or physical work requires it.

Full-time or part-time engagement?

Either. For smaller projects, a part-time PM allocated to your project is more cost-effective. For complex, multi-stream programmes, full-time allocation is available.

Do you work with external development teams?

Yes. We regularly coordinate between client teams and external development, IT, or construction vendors — managing scope, timelines, and communication without being the technical implementers ourselves.
