Frequently asked questions

Which taxes does Endpoint Logic file?

We file VAT (monthly and bi-monthly), PAYE (P10), corporate income tax (IT2C), individual income tax (IT1), advance tax, and withholding tax on KRA iTax. If you have a specific obligation, contact us to confirm we can handle it.

How often do I need to file VAT?

Most businesses file VAT monthly — by the 20th of the following month. Businesses with annual turnover below KES 5 million can file bi-monthly. We advise on the right filing frequency when we onboard you.

What are the penalties for late filing?

Late VAT filing attracts a penalty of 5% of the tax due plus 2% interest per month. Corporate income tax filed late attracts 20% of the tax due plus monthly interest. We file before deadlines and flag upcoming due dates in advance.

Can you help if I have outstanding returns?

Yes. We help clients catch up on overdue returns and, where applicable, apply for tax amnesties or negotiate payment plans with KRA. Contact us with the details of your situation.

Do you handle eTIMS compliance?

Yes. We advise on KRA eTIMS (electronic tax invoice management) registration and compliance for businesses required to issue electronic tax invoices.
